About The Event
Please meet us by the round tables at Maxwell Park Place near Pier 13 in Hoboken for a fun and effective 45 minute lower body and core class! We will start with a warmup that will include some mobility so we are feeling our best. Then we will focus functional movements working the lower body and core through blocks of 3 exercises at a time, and plenty of rest time in between. All while moving along to an awesome playlist! This is perfect for all levels and especially those of us who sit at a desk. Please bring your own mat!!
About Meghan - Meghan is a local Personal Trainer certified through NASM, with a specialization in functional strength training. She is experienced at teaching group fitness classes and is currently a trainer at Sweat 440 in Chelsea. Her goal is to help people discover their strongest selves, and have fun while doing it. Each class is carefully designed to be safe, efficient, and effective. Outside of teaching you can find her walking the waterfront every morning, trying restaurants throughout Hoboken, and Citi biking anywhere and everywhere.
